These Terms of Use and all transactions entered into on or through the Website and the relationship between You and Website shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles. You agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation hereto the Website, the Terms of Use or any transactions entered into on or through the Website or the relationship between You and Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Secunderbad, Telangana and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.

Force Majeure:

suvisi.store shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations, nor for any resulting damages, if the cause arises from events beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, or lockouts. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays caused by government mandates, pandemics, import/export restrictions, currency regulations, accidents, or transportation disruptions.

Termination:

suvisi.store reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time and without prior notice. In such an event, suvisi.store shall bear no liability for denying access, and our legal rights under these terms will remain fully in effect. Please note that termination does not release you from the obligation to pay for any products already ordered, nor does it waive any liabilities incurred prior to the suspension of your account.

12 working days Exchange Policy

Our hassle-free exchange policy is valid for items shipped back to us within 12 working days  of the original purchase date.

Guidelines for 12 working days Exchange:
  • Timeframe: Products must be returned to us via suvisi.store within 12 working days of delivery.

  • Return Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and include the original bill and product certificate (if any).

  • Partial Exchanges: We do not accept the exchange of individual components or parts of an ornament set; the item must be exchanged in its entirety.

  • Third-Party Purchases: This policy applies exclusively to orders placed through our official website. For purchases made via other online marketplaces, please refer to the specific exchange guidelines of that platform

  • Exchange Value: When exchanging an item within the 12 working days window, you will receive 100% of the original invoice value.

  • Exclusions: This specific policy does not apply to silver coins, silver bars, customized ornaments, nose pins, or loose gemstones.

  • Discounts/Free Gifts: If your original purchase included a discount or a free gift, the value of that offer will be deducted from your exchange amount, unless you return the free gift along with the item being exchanged.

  • Return Instructions: To initiate a return, please follow the detailed instructions provided here (link).

  • Processing: Once we receive your returned product and successfully complete a quality check, your exchange will be processed within 3–7 working days, and you will receive a notification.

Lifetime Exchange Program

We also offer a lifetime exchange program for purchases made via the suvisi.store website or mobile apps.

Lifetime Exchange Details:
  • Return Method: This facility is available for products returned through suvisi.store/mobile apps.

  • Valuation Basis (Silver Items): Returned products will be valued based on the prevailing silver rates published on the suvisi.store website at the time the item is received at our warehouse.

  • Exchange Calculation:

    • The exchange value is determined strictly by the weight of the product.

Making charges and GST are non-refundable in a lifetime exchange.

Discretion of Rights:

We reserve the right to exercise sole discretion in permitting any exchange or buy-back transaction, and to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

All legal disputes are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Calicut.
