  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we provide you with the shipping AWB number (tracking number).

Shipping  Finance & Costs:

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India, delivered through our network of trusted courier partners.

Delivery to Identified Person:

To ensure a smooth and secure delivery, customers must provide the recipient’s full name exactly as it appears on their government-issued photo ID, along with a complete address, nearby landmark, postal code, and contact number.

Upon arrival, the courier agent will verify the recipient's identity to ensure the package reaches the correct person. The recipient is required to present one of the following original documents for verification:

  • Passport

  • PAN Card

  • Driver’s License

  • Voter ID

  • Aadhaar Card

Please note that the courier agent will record the ID details during the delivery process. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain these security standards for a safe handover of your order.

Delivery Location:

To ensure the security of your purchase, deliveries are restricted to residential or workplace addresses only; we do not deliver to public locations such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or street-side spots.

If the recipient is unavailable during the initial delivery, our courier partner will make three further attempts to complete the handover. Should the recipient remain unreachable after these attempts, the package will be returned to SUVISI PVT LTD.

Change in Shipping Address:

To stay updated on your order's journey, you can track its status at any time by logging into the "My Account" section on suvisi.store.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at care.in@suvisi.store. Address changes are only possible until the order has been dispatched from our facility.

Please be aware that successful delivery is subject to our courier partners' terms and conditions. Any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the recipient's information may lead to delivery failure. www.suvisi.store reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice, with all updates being posted directly to this website.

Shipment Discrepancy:

Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your package and its contents. If you identify any damage, missing items, over-shipments, or suspect that any part of your order has been lost, you must notify our Customer Care Department within 48 hours.

Please report these issues immediately by calling us at +91 8501996699 and sending an official email to care.in@suvisi.store.

Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged package or product, please notify the customer service department within 48 hours by calling +91 8501996699 and emailing care.in@suvisi.store

It is essential that you do not discard or further damage the parcel or the product, as our investigation team will need to review them to take appropriate action. Please note that if the incident is not reported within 48 hours of delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for the damage, and no complaints or refund requests will be entertained

Missing Products:

We strongly encourage you to inspect the condition of your parcel thoroughly before accepting delivery. If you discover any missing items, please report the issue within 48 hours by calling our customer service department at +918501996699 and sending an email to care.in@suvisi.store.

Once notified, our investigation team will review the matter and provide a resolution within 7 working days. Please be advised that we cannot entertain complaints if the issue is reported outside this timeframe or if the parcel was accepted without following the recommended inspection process.

Non-Receipt of an Order:

Upon dispatch, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email address. We kindly ask that you monitor your shipment’s progress for any updates.

Once our records show the package has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not physically received the parcel despite receiving this notification, please contact us within 48 hours at +91 8501996699 or via email at care.in@suvisi.store.

Our team will investigate and provide a resolution within 7 working days. Please be aware that:

  • Complaints reported outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.

  • Refunds will not be issued for bank chargebacks initiated without following this official resolution process as per standing regulations.
